It is hoped CADS can get up and running again as soon as possible in order to have a panto this year. If you are interested in participating, either as a performer, or to help with sets, costumes or lighting, please contact Pauline Hood or Cath Paterson to offer your support.

Cockburnspath Playgroup ( Nursery)
We are a member of the Berwickshire Council Pre- School partnership group. We enrol children from their 3rd birthday, these children are known as our "ante pre schoolers" and they attend the group in an afternoon from 1:15pm till 3:15 pm excluding Wednesdays when we are closed. When the children reach their pre school year they will then move into the morning sessions and will attend from 9:15 till 11:45 Monday to Friday. However on Wednesdays they bring a packed lunch and stay until 12:30pm. We are annually inspected by Care Commission and 3 yearly inspected by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Education. We are members of the S.P.P.A. (Scottish Pre-School Providers Association) and have two permanent members of staff, Cath Paterson N.N.E.B, who has run the group for some 10 years now, and her colleague Angela Brading.
